St. Patrick’s Day Crafts

by cquigley
To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day we made some hats and Irish flags with Tara who helps out in our class every week. We can’t wait to wear them for Lá Glas and also on St. Patrick’s Day. We had lots of fun making our crafts.
First we coloured the shamrocks in green. Then we got some green paper and some white paper. We glued our shamrocks on and coloured it in a bit more. We stuck the two ends together to make a circle shape and put it on our head.
For our flags we coloured them green and orange stripes on white paper. We stuck a straw on the edge so we can wave our flag.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone from Room 1 in St. Audoen’s.
