Library Visit For 4th Class

by G Finan
Our school has been part of the incredible Reader In Residence initiative with Kevin St Library for the past two years. A different class is picked to go each term and our wonderful 4th Class has been selected first this year.
In the library:
- We’ve learned how to borrow books.
- We’ve learned about new authors each week.
- We’ve acted out scenes from the books, which helps our comprehension.
- We’ve reserved the books that excite us and picked them up when they’ve come in.
Julianne has taught the us so much and has fostered a love of reading in all the classes that she’s work with.
