1916 Proclamation Day at St Audoen's

In what was the biggest event so far in the 1916 Commemorative programme, St Audoen’s National School raised the Irish flag, read the proclamation, and also read new proclamations written by pupils, setting out their visions and ideals for the future. We also participated in many fun activities such as face painting and céilí dancing.

The event was the culmination of months of hard work by pupils, staff, and parents.
